The components making up the UtilityVision® system are:
Output data from the metering devices feeds to the metering platform installed
at the customer's site, which receives and consolidates inputs from the
metering devices.
Daily uploads pass through the customer's data network to the Internet and then
to the FTP host in Kansas City. There, data is pulled into a Microsoft SQL
Server database where customers access it through a standard Internet browser.
Real time data is available for individual meters as selected by the client.
